BODY The Body Is Made From High Tensile Graded Grey Cast Iron With Additional Metals For Long Life, Wear Resistance And High Strength. The Body Has A Hardness Of 180 Bhn And Tensile Strength Of More Than 450 Mpa.
JAWS The Jaws Are Made Of Case Hardening Alloy Steel Having Low Carbon, Nickle, Chromium & Molybdenum Having Hardness Between 58 To 62 Hrc. Special Attention Is Paid To The Heat Treatment Process Of The Jaw's Teeth To Avoid Breakages Of The Jaw's Teeth. Jaw's Teeth Are Chamfered To Reduce The Friction And To Impart Longer Life To The Scroll Plate.
SCROLL PLATE The Scroll Plate Is Made Of High Tensile, Wear Resist Alloy Steel Having Nickle, Chrome & Moly. It is Precision Machined, Hardened And Ground For Smooth Operation, Higher Accuracy And Longer Life
PINION The Pinion Is Made Of Forged, High Tensile Alloy Steel Having Hardened And Ground Bearing Diameters. Pinion Is Provided With Stub Teeth Which Withstand Very High Tightening Load. It is Specially Heat Treated To Obtain High Strength.
OPERATING KEY The Operating Key Made Of Alloy Steel Is Provided With The Chuck.

BODY The body is made from high tensile graded grey cast iron with additional metals for long life, wear resistance and high strength. The body has a hardness of 150 BHN and tensile strength of more than 450 MPA.
JAWS The jaws are m made of case hardening alloy steel having low carbon, nickel, chromium and molybdenum having hardness hetween 58 to 60 HRC Special attention is paid paid to heat treatment process of jaw's thread type teeth to avoid breakages of jaw's thread type teeth. Jaws teeth are specially designed to reduce the friction and to impart longer life to the screw.
SCREW The screw is made from high temsile, wear resistance alloy steel having additional alloy. It is precision machined, hardened and surface ground for smooth operation, higher accuracy and longer life.
SCREW LOCK The screw lock is made of forged, high tensile alloy steel having handened and grund bearing diameters. It heat treated to obtain high strength. is specially.
OPERATING KEY The operating key is made of alloy steel with hardened and ground and provided with the chuck.
ACCURACY OF THE CHUCK The Accuracy (Run Out) Of The Chuck Conforms To The IS Standard.
